YAKUTIA'S NEW HOUSE-BUILDING REVOLUTION
Accelerating and Reducing Costs of Housing Construction by DSC
Caught the buzz in Yakutsk? It's bound to get even louder! The ground-breaking ceremony for a state-of-the-art residential construction plant was held today. Head of Yakutia, Aisen Nikolaev, graced the occasion.
The upcoming plant will operate under the wings of AO SZ "Republican Mortgage Agency" - LLC "RIA-Construction".
You reckon it's hibernation season? Well, think again! This ain't no dormant plant. It's the very same one that helped shape Yakutsk in the past! We're gonna keep that fine tradition alive, but with kickass equipment, skilled workers geared for the latest challenges, and bucketloads of experience under their belt. As Liya Shaynurova, the director of "RIA", put it:
So, what's cooking in the new plant? Single-layer panels and structures for multistory, private residential buildings, and social amenities—all at competitive prices! This means faster construction times, lower costs, and homes for more people in a jiffy!
The old plant produced three-layer panels, used for KPD and 112 series. Not anymore kiddo, single-layer panels are the new gig! According to Liya, they provide enhanced mobility, can be stacked, and transported across long distances—serving every nook and cranny in the republic.
"Wanna know somethin' cool? A ventilated facade can be attached to this single-layer panel. You won't even notice it's a large-panel house! Yep, it'll look like any ol' reinforced concrete mansion. We're working on typical projects with user-friendly layouts. We'll design various types of houses and merge em' to create unique masterpieces." Liya Alexandrovna elucidated.
So, who's the lucky customer for the plant's first three years? You got it, friend—it's "RIA" itself! Yakutsk's Zvezdy and Sportivny microdistricts will be the proud recipients of the plant's produce.
