Adecco Bolsters Contingent Workforce Management with OnForce Acquisition
The Adecco Group, a global leader in HR solutions based in Zurich, Switzerland, has bolstered its contingent workforce management capabilities with the acquisition of OnForce, Inc. This strategic move, announced recently, will not significantly impact the Adecco Group's finances. The Adecco Group, a Fortune Global 500 company with over 31,500 full-time employees and a presence in more than 60 countries, offers a wide range of services including temporary staffing, permanent placement, and career transition. The acquisition of OnForce, Inc. further strengthens its portfolio. OnForce's Freelancer Management System (FMS) complements Adecco's Beeline business' Vendor Management System (VMS). The new solution combines Beeline's process automation and analytics with OnForce's access to freelance talent, creating a unique integrated platform for managing contingent workforces. This acquisition is a continuation of the Adecco Group's strategy to expand its Beeline service, following Defacto Software's acquisition of OnForce in 2014. The Adecco Group's acquisition of OnForce, Inc. enhances its ability to manage contingent workforces, offering clients a more comprehensive solution. While the transaction is not expected to have a material financial impact, it underscores the company's commitment to innovation and growth in the HR solutions sector.
