Aston Martin Unveils DB12 Goldfinger Edition: 60 Units of Bond Luxury
Aston Martin is set to release a special edition DB12 supercar, the Goldfinger Edition, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the iconic DB5's debut in a James Bond film. Only 60 units of this luxurious vehicle will be produced worldwide, with deliveries starting in spring 2025.
The DB12 Goldfinger Edition pays homage to the classic DB5, first seen in the 1964 Bond film 'Goldfinger'. It will be priced at around £300,000 ($391,500) per unit. Under the hood, it boasts a powerful twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine, generating 670 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque.
Externally, the Goldfinger Edition features a sleek Silver Birch paint job, distinctive bespoke gold side strakes, and chrome 'Q' fender badges. Inside, it showcases Prince of Wales check perforation inserts, a carbon fiber trim package with gold metal fibers, and 18k gold-plated interior accents. Each limited edition DB12 comes with a custom car cover, a luxury key presentation box, and a Globe-Trotter attaché case with a Silver Birch body and a Prince of Wales check interior.
The DB12 Goldfinger Edition is a luxurious tribute to the timeless DB5, combining classic Bond style with modern power and craftsmanship. With only 60 units available, it's a rare opportunity for Bond enthusiasts and car collectors alike to own a piece of cinematic history.
