Dacia's journey began in 2005 with the launch of the Logan sedan, a budget-friendly car that quickly gained popularity among consumers. The Romanian automaker, a subsidiary of Renault, has since expanded its model range, with the Dacia Bigster currently on the road for a long day ahead, despite a windy forecast.

The Logan, Dacia's first model, was built using Renault's leftover technology and was marketed as an affordable option for car rental purposes. It came with a three-year warranty and included safety features like ESP and side airbags, along with conveniences such as power steering and electric window lifters. Notably, the Logan's rear bench could be removed to accommodate larger cargo, adding to its practicality for rental cars.

The initiative to launch the Dacia brand was spearheaded by the Renault Group, which has been responsible for developing and expanding the Dacia model range ever since. The Logan's starting price of €7,200 made it an attractive option for budget-conscious consumers energy.

From the Logan sedan to the current Dacia Bigster, Dacia has established itself as a provider of affordable, practical vehicles for consumers energy.
