Emirates Insurance, a leading UAE-based insurer, has joined a growing number of international MENA-based insurance carriers and brokers in employing Verisk Specialty Business Solutions' Sequel Impact for exposure management, rating & pricing, and digital trading.
Sequel Impact, a web-based analytical engine, offers quick and easy risk exposure quantification. The system benefits insurers by providing advanced, scientifically backed catastrophe modeling that improves risk assessment and pricing accuracy, supports regulatory compliance, and enhances market stability.
With the deployment of Sequel Impact, Emirates Insurance aims to enhance operational efficiency and streamline integration with core systems. The new client will utilize Sequel Impact to enhance its exposure management capabilities.
Sequel Impact is a multi-class, deterministic aggregation system designed to capture all details of an insurance policy and generate highly detailed exposure reports with speed and accuracy. It streamlines exposure management processes, providing tools for tracking and visualizing risk across multiple lines of business and geographic regions.

The partnership between Emirates Insurance and Verisk Specialty Business Solutions also extends to Hiscox London Market. Hiscox will be able to capitalize on Sequel Claims, a claims management solution provided by Verisk Specialty Business Solutions. The new solution is expected to enhance Hiscox's claims management capabilities.
Moreover, the partnership will provide Hiscox London Market with an electronic claims file (ECF) write-back enabled claims management solution. The new module can be purchased and deployed as an add-on for existing Sequel Impact users.
