EV and Charging Technologies will see broader horizons at SINBON's Battery Show in 2025, as the event aims to push boundaries.
SINBON Makes a Splash at The Battery Show North America 2025
SINBON Electronics Co., Ltd., a leading player in the EV charging industry, is set to make its debut at The Battery Show North America 2025 in Detroit, Michigan, USA. The event, taking place from October 7-9, 2025, promises to be a hotbed of innovation and progress in the EV and charging technology sectors.
SINBON's presence at the show will be marked by booth number 2152, where they will showcase their latest EV innovations. Among the highlights are their NACS liquid-cooling charging cables, engineered for compatibility with the next-generation North American Charging Standard (NACS). These cables are designed to enable extreme fast charging (XFC), significantly reducing charging times for EVs.
The company will also present high-power charging cables with ultra-high current ratings of up to 600A. SINBON's proprietary liquid cooling system, which secured the world's first UL safety certification earlier this year, will be showcased as well. This advanced cooling unit for charging stations is capable of deploying up to a 1 MW charger to charge a 100 kWh battery in just 6-8 minutes.
SINBON's executive vice president for global sales, Jesse Huang, will lead the company's efforts at the show. The company's participation at The Battery Show is expected to expand possibilities for EV and charging technologies, contributing to the US EV industry's leadership globally and advancing EV infrastructure and clean transportation worldwide.
The EV market is poised for significant growth in the coming years. According to BloombergNEF, global passenger EV sales are forecast to grow by 25% in 2025, with sales expected to reach 39 million units by 2030. Much of this growth is being fueled by emerging economies such as Vietnam, Thailand, and Brazil.
SINBON's debut at The Battery Show North America 2025 is not the only exciting development for the company. They recently opened a new manufacturing facility in Ohio, expanding their US manufacturing footprint.
Joining SINBON at The Battery Show will be Covestro, a global materials science company. Covestro will be attending the show for the first time and will showcase their latest EV innovations, including advanced polycarbonate and polyurethane material solutions designed to enhance battery safety, performance, and sustainability.
As the EV industry continues to grow and evolve, events like The Battery Show North America 2025 provide a platform for companies like SINBON and Covestro to showcase their latest innovations and contribute to the development of a cleaner, more sustainable future.
