Hamilton's iconic Khaki X-Wind watch now available in two fresh color options, dominating the skies.
Hamilton Expands Its X-Wind Collection with New Models
Hamilton, the Swiss watchmaker known for combining American spirit with Swiss precision, has announced the expansion of its X-Wind collection with two new models - the Day Date Auto Chronograph and the Day Date Auto in Aviation Blue and Northern Lights Green.
The Day Date Auto Chronograph, with its 44 mm case slightly more compact and stronger at 15.6 mm high, is a bold statement of modernity and aviation tradition. The blue dial, reminiscent of the clear sky above airports and along flight routes, is a striking contrast to the robust stainless steel case. The chronograph display is positioned at 12 and six o'clock, the small second at three o'clock, and the day-date display at nine o'clock. The watch is equipped with two internal rotating bezels for drift angle calculations and crosswind compensation during flight.
The watch features a clear, functional design, large Arabic numerals, Super-Luminova coated hands, and a day-date display at nine o'clock. Super-Luminova coating ensures good readability in all light conditions. The watch is completed by a brown leather strap with studs and a pin buckle, adding to its aviator character.
The second novelty is the Day Date Auto in Aviation Blue. This model, powered by the Hamilton H-30 automatic movement with 80 hours of power reserve and the Nivachron spring for anti-magnetic reliability, features a deep green dial inspired by the Northern Lights. The system for drift angle calculations and crosswind compensation requires knowledge of wind speed, direction, and geographical references.
The Day Date Auto Chronograph is priced at 1,945 Euro and is available now via Hamilton.com and selected retailers. The X-Wind Day Date Auto is scheduled to take off again in 2025, with the model presented in Aviation Blue in addition to Northern Lights Green.
Hamilton Watch Company, the manufacturer of the Hamilton Khaki Aviation X-Wind Day Date Auto Chrono in Aviation Blue, which was newly released in 2025, continues to uphold its reputation for creating timepieces that embody the spirit of aviation while incorporating modern materials and eye-catching colours.
