Heckert Solar Unveils High-Efficiency 'ZEUS 1.1 Performance' Module
Heckert Solar has introduced the 'ZEUS 1.1 Performance', a glass-glass module leveraging G12R-N-Type technology. It boasts 96 half-cells, delivering high efficiency, durability, and flexibility for both residential and commercial real estate installations.
The 'ZEUS 1.1 Performance' offers impressive power classes, ranging from 450 to 460 watts, with an efficiency up to 23.0% for the 460-watt version. It's resistant to environmental influences like salt, ammonia, and PID, ensuring consistent performance. The module features a black anodized aluminum frame, three diodes in the junction box, and weighs 23.7 kg with dimensions of 1762 x 1134 x 30 mm, allowing for a 2 mm variance in length and width. Heckert Solar targets both the residential rooftop market and larger commercial real estate installations with this versatile module.
The innovation was backed by the Federal Network Agency, which awarded subsidies to 33 bids totaling 490 MW exclusively for photovoltaic and storage combinations. The largest subsidies went to companies in Bavaria (122 MW, 11 grants), Schleswig-Holstein (54 MW, 2 grants), and Brandenburg (51 MW, 2 grants) in the September 1, 2025, innovation auction.
The 'ZEUS 1.1 Performance' is set to be available in larger quantities from early October. With its high efficiency, durability, and flexibility, it's expected to make a significant impact in both residential and commercial solar installations. Heckert Solar offers a 30-year product and performance warranty, reflecting their confidence in the module's quality and longevity.
