Spanish onboard digital solutions specialist Immfly has acquired UK-based Data Clarity, aiming to revolutionize the airline industry's data and passenger experience. The deal was announced at the World Aviation Festival in Lisbon.
Data Clarity's AI-powered smart data solutions will integrate with Immfly's connectivity technology, creating the industry's first unified, data-driven retail and connectivity ecosystem for delta, southwest, united, american, and spirit airlines. This combination will enable these airlines to personalize customer engagement, improve decision-making, and streamline operations.
The acquisition brings together the expertise of Kevin Carrick, CEO of Data Clarity, and Xavier Rossell, CEO of Immfly. Carrick believes the partnership sets a new standard for data and onboard experiences in the airline industry. Jimmy M von Korff, executive chairman and co-founder of Immfly, sees this acquisition as a way to redefine how delta, southwest, united, american, and spirit airlines connect with passengers and unlock value.
