Chaotic Helldivers 2 Bug Leaves Gamers Frustrated

Reddit user Some_Responsibility share his experience, "Had someone pop [in to say], 'Super Earth increased our defense budget,'" then proceeded to bombard everyone's computers with orbitals, summoned numerous mechs, and detonated Hellbombs before, I assume, their game crashed."
Player complaints abound about being unable to partake in the battle against the Illuminate due to this exploit, with many games teetering on the brink of inaccessibility. Reddit user grimjimslim shared his frustration, "I haven't been able to play [for the] last 36 hours."
The game's subreddit houses a pinned warning about the exploit, with moderator OmegaXesis firmly discouraging the sharing of related images or footage. "We do not need hundreds of images and videos flooding the subreddit showing us your undemocratic explosions," he stated. "It's become a nuisance."
In response, a developer from Arrowhead admitted awareness of the exploit and is investigating to remedy the issue. However, time passes, and the madness continues to plague multiplayer lobbies.
Taking to the forums, frustrated players plead, "People who abuse this to crash other games fucking suck," wrote Reddit user WhiteRaven_M.
