To get things rolling in the MTS app, users simply need to provide consent for sharing their location and mobile device battery data with the "LisaAlert" folks. This info is transmitted securely and promptly once activated. The data travels through an encrypted channel and user-friendly interface designed specifically for exchanging data with the rescue squad.

The location data rolls in from various sources - the mobile device's GPS and Wi-Fi, and the active base station it's connected to when the request is made. Privacy and legal compliance are prioritized, with all actions carried out with the consent of the authorities or the missing person's family. Only authorized personnel are granted access to personal data, and it's handled with extreme care.
