Manz Verlag Gala Night Honors Legal Excellence and Innovation
Manz Verlag hosted its annual Gala Night, drawing over 250 guests to the MuseumsQuartier in Vienna. The event celebrated the publishing house's history and future, with notable awards presented to esteemed legal professionals and scholars.

The 'Large Legal Edition 2025' award went to Dietmar Dokalik and his team for 'Das Große ABGB'. Mara-Sophie Häusler was recognized in the 'Legal Academy 2025' category for her work on the annual medical law conference.
Last year, Manz Verlag launched its first AI solution for legal research, which has since seen strong customer demand. Peter Eitzenberger and his team won the 'Product Innovation 2025' award for the new specialist information portal 'NIU - Sustainability in the Company'.
The Manz Awards honored individuals in various categories, including sustainability, medical law, ABGB specialist literature, and a renowned law professor. Johannes Reich-Rohrwig received the Lifetime Achievement Award for his significant contributions to legal scholarship. University Professor Sabine Theresia Köszegi delivered a keynote on the symbiotic relationship between human and artificial intelligence.
The Night of MANZ Authors 2025 concluded with Dr. Anna Müller being honored for her lifetime achievements in the legal field. The event served as a testament to Manz Verlag's commitment to recognizing excellence and innovation in legal publishing.
