Marstek Energy's Venus A-System Revolutionizes Solar Storage with Affordability
Marstek Energy, a Chinese battery manufacturer, has unveiled the Venus A-System at IFA 2025. This innovative product offers a significant price reduction compared to competitors, including the Anker Solix E2700 Pro. The Venus A has already sparked interest, with Marstek Energy selling 293,400 products in Europe between January and August 2025.
The Venus A-System boasts impressive specifications. It uses LFP cells rated for over 6000 cycles, backed by a 10-year warranty. It delivers 1.2 kilowatts in both grid-tied and off-grid operation, supported by four MPP trackers. The basic capacity is 2.1 kilowatt-hours, with a photovoltaic power of 2.4 kilowatts. Notably, the Venus A has a modular design, allowing expansion up to five devices for a total capacity of 12.7 kilowatt-hours.
Marstek Energy's success is underpinned by its robust R&D capabilities. The company has over 400 R&D engineers in China and can produce 30 million LFP battery cells annually. All components of the Venus A-System, including battery cells, inverter, and housing, are manufactured in-house, ensuring quality and reliability.
The Venus A-System, priced at 499 euros, offers a compelling combination of performance and affordability. With its advanced LFP cells, modular design, and robust manufacturing capabilities, Marstek Energy's latest product is poised to make a significant impact in the European market. The company's strong sales performance in the first eight months of 2025 is a testament to the appeal of its products.
