Nintendo's Partner Showcase accentuates the myriad possibilities of venturing, grooving on the dance floor, and more, across the Nintendo Switch 2 and standard Nintendo Switch systems.
In a recent Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase, a plethora of new and returning games were announced for both the Nintendo Switch 2 and the original Nintendo Switch. Here are some of the highlights:
Apex Legends is making its way to the Nintendo Switch 2, launching on Aug. 5. Players can gear up and drop into the action-packed battle royale experience.
Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is scheduled to be released on the Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026. This RPG spin-off from the popular Monster Hunter series was officially confirmed in July 2025.
A montage of additional games in development for the Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch was shown, including:
- Yakuza Kiwami 2 and Yakuza Kiwami are coming to the Nintendo Switch 2, launching on Nov. 13.
- Hello Kitty Island Adventure - Wheatflour Wonderland DLC will launch for Nintendo Switch in Fall 2025. This expansion allows players to craft powerful wands, unlock the story, and transform into their most magical self.
- Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment is set to launch this winter on the Nintendo Switch 2.
- Once Upon A KATAMARI is coming to the Nintendo Switch, launching on Oct. 24.
- Borderlands 4 will launch on the Nintendo Switch 2 on October 3, with pre-orders available later today on the Nintendo eShop.

- Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO is coming to both the Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch, launching on Nov. 14.
- Pac-Man World 2 Re-PAC is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch, launching on Sept. 26.
- Star Wars Outlaws, an open-world game set between Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back and Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2, with pre-orders available later today.
- Hela, a game inspired by Scandinavian folklore, is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2, launching in 2026.
- Cronos: The New Dawn, a third-person survival horror game, is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2, launching on Sept. 5.
- The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales, an action RPG, is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2, with an exclusive demo available later today.
- Persona 3 Reload is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2, launching on Oct. 23.
- Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted is coming for exclusive release on the Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch, launching on Oct. 23.
- NBA BOUNCE allows players to rise from rookie to pro.
- Final Fantasy Tactics - The Ivalice Chronicles - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is coming for both the Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch, launching on Sept. 30.
- OCTOPATH TRAVELER 0 is coming for both the Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch, launching on Dec. 4.
- Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is also coming to the Nintendo Switch 2, launching in 2026.
- NBA BOUNCE, an arcade-style basketball game, will be available on the Nintendo eShop starting September 26.
- SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance will launch on the Nintendo Switch on August 29, with a free demo available on the Nintendo eShop later today. This game features a hand-drawn style and is an all-new 2D action platformer.
- Chillin' by the Fire, a campfire simulation game, is now available for the Nintendo Switch 2.
- Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition is available for the Nintendo Switch 2 starting today.
- Goodnight Universe, an emotional adventure game, will launch for the Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch on November 11. This game puts players in the role of a 6-month-old baby developing mysterious psychic powers.
- EA SPORTS Madden NFL 26 and EA SPORTS FC 26 were announced for the Nintendo Switch 2, with pre-orders available.
- Just Dance 2026 Edition was announced for the Nintendo Switch, launching on Oct. 14.
