During a chat with TechRadar, OnePlus Europe's Chief Marketing Officer, Celina Shi, dished on the enticing details of these upcoming, affordable offerings.
Game-Changer Phones: Nord 5 and Nord CE5
Gamers, get excited! The OnePlus Nord 5 and Nord CE5 are on the horizon, arriving with the tagline "Up your game." As a "performance powerhouse," these mid-tier phones are designed to cater to the needs of gamers, providing top-notch performance that keeps going, even in those marathon, all-nighter gaming sessions.
The OnePlus Nord 5 will boast Qualcomm's highly anticipated Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Mobile chipset, teaming up with an advanced 7,300mm² CryoFlex Liquid Cooling System to keep temperatures under control. You can also expect impressive camera specs (Shi kept it under wraps, though!). On the other hand, the OnePlus Nord CE5 is set to utilize MediaTek's Dimensity 8350 SoC, and boast a 120Hz display for smoother, benchmark-beating performance.
Interestingly, the OnePlus Nord 5 seems to share some striking resemblances to the OnePlus Ace 5 series, which was exclusively launched in China for gamers. But Shi noted that there might be slight modifications based on the region, such as the switch from MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset in the Ace 5 Ultra to the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Mobile Platform in the Nord 5.
A sneak peek at the colors shows the OnePlus Nord 5 arriving in Dry Ice, and the OnePlus Nord CE5 adorned in a fashionable Marble Mist. It's worth noting that other color options are supposedly under wraps for now.
Cutting-Edge Wearables: OnePlus Watch 3 43mm
Embrace style and performance with the OnePlus Watch 3 43mm, the smaller, more convenient version of the original. Despite the scaled-down design, this watch promises to deliver the same punch as the original, with its sleek Silver Steel colorway shimmering under your gaze.
Shi hinted that this device is perfect for those with smaller wrists, and added, "Don't underestimate it!"
