OpenPayd Appoints Yasemin Swanson as New COO
OpenPayd, a leading financial infrastructure provider, has appointed Yasemin Swanson as its new Chief Operations Officer. Swanson brings a wealth of experience from her previous role at ClearBank, where she served as Chief Business Officer.
Swanson's extensive background in operational excellence, KYC, and AML monitoring will be invaluable to OpenPayd. Previously, she led a global team of over 300 at Barclays Payments, improving speed, compliance, and customer satisfaction in card issuing, acquiring, and onboarding operations.
At ClearBank, Swanson developed and implemented the bank's target operating model and successfully launched the APP Fraud Reimbursement Scheme. She is excited to build the operational backbone for a borderless financial future at OpenPayd, driving scalability, regulatory compliance, and customer trust. In her new role, she will scale OpenPayd's operational infrastructure to support global expansion and payment innovations while meeting regulatory standards.
