Digital Alert Systems Promotes Adam Jones to Senior Account Manager

Emergency communications solutions provider Digital Alert Systems has announced the promotion of Adam Jones to the position of Senior Account Manager. Jones, who joined the company in 2020, has proven his capabilities and growth within the organisation, most recently serving as a senior sales engineer.

In his new role, Jones will be the primary contact for all of Digital Alert Systems' dealers and systems integrators. He will manage several key customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and will continue to report to Vice President of Business Development Bill Robertson.

Robertson made a statement regarding Jones' promotion, praising his growth and capabilities. "Adam has consistently demonstrated his commitment to our customers and his ability to manage complex challenges with ease," he said. "I am confident that he will continue to drive greater value for our customers in his new role."

In addition to his key responsibilities, Jones will continue to support internal product development by relaying customer insights and requests. He will also drive consistent growth in customer engagement and service quality.
