Recognized as one of Vietnam's Top 50 Sustainable Businesses in the year 2025: Prodezi

In a significant milestone for Prodezi, the company has been named among the Top 50 Sustainable Businesses, recognised for its pioneering work in waste reduction. This honour was bestowed upon Prodezi at the Corporate Sustainability Awards (CSA) held on July 15.

Prodezi's industrial park, located in Luong Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh (formerly Long An), spans 400 ha and follows an eco-industrial model that incorporates circular economy practices and international standards for low-emission operations. The park is a testament to Prodezi's commitment to building an eco-industrial park model, integrating industrial activity with environmental protection and social responsibility.

One of the key features of Prodezi's industrial park is the implementation of an innovative microbial composting technology, a collaboration between Prodezi and Japan's Chitose Group. This technology converts at least 80% of sludge waste and biomass into nutrient-rich organic fertilizer within the park.

The system employs specialized microbes to naturally decompose wastewater sludge, rather than relying on conventional methods such as incineration or chemical treatment. Key benefits of this system include significantly reducing CO2 emissions and lowering waste disposal costs.

The aerobic barrel-shaped composters, equipped with real-time monitoring, ensure transparency by allowing stakeholders to observe the composting process and verify circular economy practices. In its initial phase, the system processes about six tons of sludge monthly, with plans to scale up to 33 tons per month. At full capacity, it can generate approximately 340 tons of compost annually, sufficient to fertilize around 17 hectares of farmland.

This groundbreaking technology supports the shift from a fossil-based to a biomass-based circular economy, turning wastewater sludge into useful agricultural inputs. Prodezi's inclusion in the Top 50 Sustainable Businesses highlights growing interest in industrial models that support Vietnam's transition towards more environmentally responsible and future-oriented development.

The awards recognise businesses with clear, strategic environmental, social, and governance (ESG) frameworks that create measurable impact on society and the environment. Prodezi's sustainability commitment is reflected in its close collaboration with global partners such as CHITOSE and TA Vital.

Tomohiro Fujita, the founder of CHITOSE Group, plans to deploy barrel-style aerobic composters to convert wastewater sludge into nutrient-rich compost at Prodezi Industrial Park. This collaboration represents a practical step toward sustainable waste management and resource recycling aligned with global green growth initiatives.

Prodezi's industrial park is expected to boost growth in the green economy and become a strategic destination for global investors. The park's flagship River Park subdivision of LA Home offers a sustainable living standard in the heart of a dynamic development centre. LA Home, an eco-township within Prodezi Industrial Park, has emerged as a golden location with transparent legal status, complete amenities, and a sustainable living standard.

Prodezi is committed to creating a transparent and efficient investment environment where businesses operate at their best, workers enjoy a high quality of life, and ecological initiatives generate lasting value. The groundbreaking ceremony for technical infrastructure at Prodezi Eco-Industrial Park (Prodezi EIP) marks one of the most significant economic events in the Mekong Delta province of Long An so far this year.
