Remote Position for HR Operations Manager at Sema Technologies, EU or US-based

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency with AI tools for recruiting optimization and process automation, advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn, social platforms, forums, and private technical communities, and good proficiency with HR platforms, with Workable strongly preferred or similar ATS systems.
In this role, the HR Operations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all candidates, managing the applicant tracking system (Workable) and ensuring fast candidate progression. They will handle job posting, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, calendar management, and candidate communication.
The HR Operations Manager will also act as the main liaison with talent vendors, recruiting firms, and other talent sources. They will work closely with leadership to understand hiring priorities and team dynamics, and will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end recruiting processes.
The HR Operations Manager should have a highly organized, precise, punctual, and detail-oriented work style. They must provide several hours of overlap with European timezones and EST. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with executive presence are essential, as the HR Operations Manager will be expected to source top-tier software engineers through various platforms like LinkedIn, technical forums, social platforms, and private groups.
The HR Operations Manager will proactively identify process improvements and automation opportunities using AI tools, and will suggest creative solutions to challenging hiring needs and process bottlenecks. They should have a creative and proactive mindset, capable of elevating HR quality beyond just executing tasks.
The HR Operations Manager role requires proven experience in HR operations or talent acquisition, preferably in fast-growing software companies. They should be a resourceful problem-solver who can work independently with minimal guidance.
