Patriot Battery Metals Announces Updated Mineral Resource Estimates for Shaakichiuwaanaan Project

Patriot Battery Metals Inc., a leading lithium exploration company, has announced an updated Mineral Resource Estimate for its Shaakichiuwaanaan Project in the James Bay region, Québec, Canada. The updated estimates include the Rigel and Vega caesium zones, and the CV5 and CV13 spodumene pegmatites.

The Technical Report, prepared by SGS Canada Inc., BBA Inc., and Primero Group Americas Inc., was filed on August 28, 2025, with an effective date of June 20, 2025. The report, titled "Mineral Resource Estimate for the Shaakichiuwaanaan Project," was made available on the Company's website shortly after its release.

The July 20, 2025, update on the Shaakichiuwaanaan Project is considered material as it disclosed a maiden caesium resource at the Rigel and Vega zones, which is the world's largest known pollucite-hosted caesium pegmatite Mineral Resource. This update triggered the obligation under NI 43-101 to file a Technical Report within 45 days of its release.

The first update on the Shaakichiuwaanaan Lithium Project, announced on May 12, 2025, did not require an updated technical report under NI 43-101. This update focused on the CV5 and CV13 spodumene pegmatites and was considered material information, but did not alter the Project's execution timeline, capital allocation priorities, or underlying technical assumptions.

Patriot Battery Metals Inc. is listed on TSX, ASX, OTCQX, and FSE under the symbols PMET, PMT, PMETF, and R9GA, respectively. The Company encourages investors to review the Technical Report, which clarifies the updates contained in the press release dated July 20, 2025, and provides a comprehensive overview of the Shaakichiuwaanaan Project's Mineral Resource Estimates.

The Technical Report clarifies these updates and provides a detailed analysis of the Shaakichiuwaanaan Project's Mineral Resource Estimates. It is now available on the Company's website for public review. The report includes updated Mineral Resource Estimates for the Rigel and Vega caesium zones, the CV5 and CV13 LCT Pegmatites, and the overall Shaakichiuwaanaan Project.

This update marks a significant milestone for Patriot Battery Metals Inc., as the Shaakichiuwaanaan Project continues to demonstrate its potential as a world-class lithium and caesium deposit. The Company remains committed to advancing the Project and delivering value to its shareholders.
