Rittal Unveils Energy-Efficient Hybrid IT Cooling Systems
Rittal, a leading provider of IT infrastructure solutions, has unveiled a new range of hybrid IT cooling systems. These innovations cater to the growing demands of industry and IT for enhanced reliability, computing power, and eco-friendly 'free' cooling solutions.
The new systems, part of Rittal's Blue e+ Chiller series, offer significant energy savings. Hybrid IT Chillers with 'free' cooling can achieve up to 90% energy savings compared to traditional cooling methods. All models comply with the F-Gas Regulation, utilising future-proof refrigerants.
The chillers provide high temperature stability, maintaining accuracy within ±0.1 Kelvin during continuous operation. Rittal introduces the Blue e+ Hybrid IT Chillers for smaller IT environments, up to 30 kilowatts, with an integrated 'free' cooling function. Energy efficiency is ensured through a DC inverter that controls the compressor, fan, and expansion valve according to demand.
The expanded Blue e+ Chiller series now includes performance classes between 1.5 and 7 kilowatts. This range includes robust outdoor variants and efficient Hybrid IT Chillers with 'free' cooling. Outdoor versions are available in 4, 5.5, and 7 kilowatt variants, designed to withstand extreme conditions from -20 to +43 degrees Celsius.
Rittal's new hybrid IT cooling systems offer substantial energy savings and high temperature stability, making them ideal for various IT environments. The expanded series caters to different power requirements and extreme conditions, demonstrating Rittal's commitment to sustainable and reliable IT infrastructure solutions.
