RX Solutions Unveils EasyTom L 450: Compact, High-Performance CT System
RX Solutions has introduced the EasyTom L 450, a compact, high-performance CT system designed for manufacturers, quality labs, and R&D centers. This system offers a small footprint and easy installation, making it accessible to various industries.
The EasyTom L 450 boasts a large flat-panel detector and automation tools for batch routines, report exports, and MES connectivity. Its dual-source capability provides a 40 μm resolution for dense parts and a 5 μm resolution for fine details. The system can accommodate samples up to Ø 485 × 585 mm and a load capacity up to 80 kg, supporting both robotic and manual loading workflows.
The system's 450 kV meso-focus source and 150 kV micro-focus source combination enables high-throughput CT performance with repeatable accuracy, even on heavy and attenuating samples. It can switch between the two tubes instantly, allowing multi-scale inspections in a single system. Additionally, the system can be upgraded with an optimized LineScan detector for sharper images and reduced scattering artefacts.
