Samsung's Upcoming Galaxy Watch 8 Series and Watch Ultra 2 Detailed Specs Revealed Prior to Release
Samsung has recently announced its latest smartwatch lineup, the Galaxy Watch 8 series, which consists of three models: the Galaxy Watch 8, Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, and the highly anticipated Galaxy Watch Ultra 2. All three models share a common power source: the Exynos W1000 chipset, designed to deliver smooth performance.
The Galaxy Watch 8 comes with a 3 nm Exynos W1000 chipset, paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. The Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, on the other hand, boasts slightly upgraded specs, including 3GB RAM, 32GB or 64GB of storage, Wear OS 6, and One UI 8 Watch software. Although specific details for the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 chipset were not directly given, it is consistent with Samsung’s recent smartwatch releases that the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 also features the Exynos W1000 chipset.
In terms of battery life, the Galaxy Watch 8 (40mm) features a 325mAh battery, while the (44mm) variant boasts a 435mAh battery. The Galaxy Watch 8 Classic sports a 445mAh battery.
