The show is packed with excitement from studios worldwide, promising "news and updates on great games," as Son assured.

Unfortunately, I've got an early Valentine's Day dinner scheduled at 5 PM, but my wife might forgive me for missing a bit if I promise a magical evening afterwards!

There's a lot of buzz surrounding what we might see at the show, such as rumors of Xbox games making their way over to PlayStation or the official announcement of Bungie's Smash Bros-inspired MOBA, "Gummy Bears," for PS5, PC, and Switch 2. Let's hope these rumors have some substance to them!
As for the precise division between PS5 exclusives, multiplayer releases on PS4 PC, and third-party games, we can only wait and see. Don't count on a GTA 6 slot, though, since Rockstar generally prefers going solo for trailer releases, making each one a significant event in its own right.
Right now, PlayStation is stuck between a rock and a hard place, having emerged victorious in the console war against Microsoft, only to see the prices of their single-player games skyrocketing, making them hard to justify. This has led to an increase in PC ports to make up for it. Fans can hope for some fresh insights into these tricky situations and the exciting potential of upcoming titles during the show.
So, stay tuned for tonight's event! Who knows what twists and turns await us during the State of Play show? We may even get a glimpse of some highly anticipated games like Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, Ghost of Yotei, Astro Bot DLC, Marathon, Horizon Co-op Game, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Avowed, Phantom Blade Zero, and Ballad of Antara!
