Tata Nexon.ev Empowered +A 45: First Subcompact EV With Advanced ADAS
Tata Motors has launched the Nexon.ev Empowered +A 45, a subcompact electric SUV packed with features. It's the first in its class to offer a Level-2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS).
The Nexon.ev Empowered +A 45 comes with a 45 kWh battery, offering a real-world range of 350-370 km. It retains the 143 bhp, 215 Nm electric motor. The car boasts comfort and convenience features like a panoramic sunroof, rear window sunshade, ambient lighting, and connected car features.
Rapid charging capabilities allow for a 20-80 percent charge in just 40 minutes, adding 150 km of range in 15 minutes. The ADAS suite includes traffic sign recognition, lane departure warning, forward collision warning, and autonomous emergency braking. Two exclusive Dark editions are also available, priced at ₹17.49 lakh, featuring an all-black exterior and bolstered leatherette seats.
The Nexon.ev Empowered +A 45 is priced at ₹17.29 lakh (ex-showroom). With its advanced features and ADAS, it's a significant step forward for subcompact electric SUVs. The car also comes with a lifetime HV battery warranty for the first owner.
