Taxado Introduces Flat Rate for Job Postings, Aiming to Become All-in-One Tax Firm Recruiting Solution

Taxado, an innovative recruiting platform, has introduced a flat rate for job postings, aiming to become an all-in-one solution for tax firm hiring. Founded by Wolfgang Deutschmann in late 2023, taxado is designed to assist tax firms in navigating the persistent shortage of skilled workers, particularly trainees and auditors.

The platform offers a range of features to streamline the recruitment process. These include automatic job matching, AI-assisted job posting drafting, and a 'talent radar' for candidate contact. Taxado also provides education to firms on attracting and managing the next generation of tax professionals.

Currently, around 150 to 200 firms use taxado for recruiting, with approximately 7,000 registered professionals, including 2,000 open to changing firms. This week, taxado introduced a flat rate for job postings, operating on a fair use principle. Unlike traditional job portals, taxado is primarily a recruiting tool for tax firms, not just a job platform.

Taxado's innovative approach to recruiting is helping tax firms navigate the skilled worker shortage. With its flat rate for job postings and range of features, taxado is well-positioned to become an all-in-one solution for firm recruiting. As the platform continues to grow, it is expected to play a significant role in shaping the future of tax firm hiring.
