Tech Event, COMPUTEX 2025, Draws to a Victorious Close
COMPUTEX 2025, a premier global tech event, concluded successfully this week after four days of dynamic exhibitions and events. The show attracted an impressive turnout, with over 86,521 buyers from 152 countries, including key markets such as Japan, the United States, South Korea, Vietnam, and India.
Held in Taiwan, the event served as the global benchmark exhibition for AI and startups, featuring a theme, "AI Next," that brought together leading global tech companies and startup teams. This year's edition emphasized the convergence of AI, robotics, and intelligent manufacturing technologies, with a focus on driving innovation and fueling business opportunities across the AI supply chain.
Gartner's Top 10 Strategic Technology Trends for 2025 identified Autonomous AI, Humanoid Robots, and Advanced Computing as key drivers transforming industries. COMPUTEX 2025 saw a strong focus on three topics: AI & Robotics, Next-Gen Tech, and Future Mobility. Highlights included Pegatron's showcasing of human-machine integration, BenQ's multi-zone exhibit featuring an AI golf simulator, and demonstrations from Advantech and Solomon showcasing Taiwan's strength in intelligent manufacturing technologies.
In addition, TADA curated a Smart Mobility Pavilion, which featured 19 brands promoting innovation in intelligent and electric vehicle technologies. Global startups also celebrated the 10th anniversary of InnoVEX, with 450 startups from 24 countries taking part. Thailand and the Philippines debuted national pavilions, underscoring the rise of Asian innovation and the global connectivity of the COMPUTEX platform.
InnoVEX Forum welcomed renowned speakers from AWS, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Solomon, and Advantech, sharing insights on how AI is powering innovation and digital transformation. The 10th edition of the Pitch Contest went to DeepRad.AI from Taiwan, recognized for its innovative application of AI in medical imaging to enable early disease detection and prediction.
Technology leaders dominated the stage as keynotes drew record buzz. Keynote speakers included Jensen Huang of NVIDIA, Cristiano Amon of Qualcomm, Young Liu of Foxconn, Dr. Rick Tsai of MediaTek, and Jens Hinrichsen of NXP. The event highlighted Taiwan's critical role in the global technology and supply chain landscape.
The COMPUTEX Forum, themed "AI in Action," welcomed 13 tech industry leaders, including representatives from NVIDIA, Google DeepMind, Texas Instruments, Advantech, Arm, Intel, Adobe, Cadence, bp Castrol, Infineon, Seagate, Schneider Electric, and Compal. The forum explored the latest in AI implementation and market trends.
In the COMPUTEX 2025 Sustainable Design Award, Pegatron earned the Gold Award, ASUS the Silver, and Lite-On the Bronze. The tech industry's growing commitment to sustainability was evident throughout the exhibition, which also featured creative cross-industry collaborations.
COMPUTEX will take place from June 2 to 5 in 2026, with exhibitor demand driving the show to expand beyond Nangang Exhibition Halls 1 and 2 to include TWTC Hall 1, creating a dedicated AI-powered tech lifestyle ecosystem unique to COMPUTEX.
