Trident3's T3id Gains Traction as Decentralized Identity System Across 70+ Blockchains
Trident3 has launched T3id, a decentralized identity system that's gaining traction. Thanks to LayerZero, T3id is now operational on over 70 blockchains. Users have control over what data they share for authentication.
T3id, a non-fungible token (NFT) developed by Trident3, resides in users' wallets. Users can name it as they wish. This non-transferable token, known as a Soulbound Token, stays put and can't be traded. Trident3's founder, Ray Alcorn, created this 'P2P' identity system.
LayerZero's 'Lock & Mint' mechanism enables T3id to function across multiple blockchains. Users choose what information to upload for authentication, aligning with the principle of decentralized digital identities promoted by the W3C Consortium. This approach allows users to reveal only necessary details, avoiding central data conglomerates.
Trident3's T3id, now accessible on over 70 blockchains via LayerZero, offers users control over their digital identity. This Soulbound Token, named by users and non-transferable, supports the W3C's push for decentralized identities. With LayerZero's 'Lock & Mint' mechanism, T3id can operate seamlessly across various blockchains.
