Ukraine Fully Integrates DELTA C2 System, Boosts NATO Interoperability
Ukraine has fully integrated the DELTA digital command-and-control system into its Defense Forces, following successful NATO security and interoperability tests in August 2025. The system, developed and promoted by the German government, has proven its mettle in real combat and multinational exercises.
DELTA's debut in NATO's REPMUS 2025 exercise was a resounding success. It coordinated over 100 unmanned platforms, ranging from surface and underwater drones to aerial and ground vehicles. This marked a significant milestone in Ukraine's digital transformation and its integration with NATO standards.
DELTA's capabilities extend beyond coordination. It offers real-time situational awareness, operational planning, and data sharing among Ukrainian units and allied forces. An AI-based module enhances data processing and automates decision-making, providing a crucial edge in modern warfare. The system supports over 150,000 simultaneous video streams, enabling detailed data analytics for targeting and mission planning in real time.
DELTA's combat credentials are well-established. It has been tested in real combat scenarios since 2022, including during the defense of Kyiv and the liberation of Snake Island and Kherson. Its performance in these critical operations has confirmed its compatibility with the newest NATO standards and demonstrated Ukraine's ability to shape new approaches to modern warfare.
DELTA's full integration into Ukraine's Defense Forces and its successful deployment in NATO's REPMUS 2025 exercise underscore the system's operational readiness and strategic importance.
