Upcoming Google Pixel Model According to Tips: Qi2 Magnetic Charging Features Revealed
In the world of tech leaks, Evan Blass has proven to be a reliable source time and again. The latest revelations offer a comprehensive look at the hardware specs of Google's upcoming Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold.
The Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold are expected to feature Google's first fully in-house designed System on Chip (SoC), the Tensor G5. Manufactured on TSMC's advanced second-generation 3nm process, this chip promises improved performance and efficiency compared to previous Tensor chips made using Samsung's 4nm process.
The base model Pixel 10 will come with a 6.3-inch display protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and a peak brightness of around 2000 nits. It will be equipped with 12 GB of RAM and storage options of 128 or 256 GB.
The Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL models will boast LTPO OLED displays with variable refresh rates from 1 to 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 2250 nits. They will offer 16 GB of RAM and storage options ranging from 128 GB to 1 TB.
Battery sizes for the Pixel 10 series range from 4,870 mAh in the Pixel 10 Pro, 5,200 mAh in the Pro XL, and 5,015 mAh in the Pro Fold. Charging speeds vary, with the Pixel 10 and Pro models offering 29W wired charging, while the Pro Fold supports 23W wired and upgraded 15W Qi2 wireless charging.
The Pixel 10 Pro Fold is an intriguing addition to the series, featuring a foldable design. It will have two displays: a 6.4-inch cover OLED (without LTPO, refreshing at 60-120 Hz) and an 8-inch inner OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The advanced quad-camera system includes a 48 MP main camera, a 10.8 MP ultrawide camera with Macro focus, a 10.5 MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, and a 10 MP selfie sensor. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold also comes with an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
The Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold are expected to support Qi2.2 wireless charging. Leaks also suggest that Google may introduce an in-house range of magnetic chargers and stands called "Pixelsnap."
These specs, as detailed as they are, should be taken with a grain of salt as they are based on leaks and may change before the official launch. Stay tuned for more updates as we approach the Made by Google event on August 20.
The upcoming Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold are anticipated to showcase Google's latest adoption of cutting-edge technology in the form of their first in-house designed System on Chip (SoC), the Tensor G5. These smartphones are equipped with diverse screen sizes, storage options, and camera systems, which can be considered as the latest gadgets in the tech industry.
