Wavenet and Daisy Corporate Services have merged, creating the UK's largest independent IT managed services provider (MSP). The combined company, now called Wavenet, supports over 22,000 organisations with cloud comms, cybersecurity, and connectivity solutions. Philip Grannum, former CEO of Wavenet, leads the new entity.

The merger allows Wavenet to cater to businesses of all sizes, offering tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly across diverse platforms. The new Wavenet has launched a new contact centre and adopted advanced platforms like ServiceNow to enhance customer support and transparency.

Long-term goals include expanding market presence, enhancing AI-driven communication technologies, and achieving sustainable growth through phased product launches, strategic partnerships, and continuous innovation.

With the merger complete, Wavenet can now expand its capability, reference-ability, and reach, potentially entering new market segments like medium-sized businesses embracing hybrid working and advanced cloud technologies. The combined company aims to blend the strengths of both Wavenet and Daisy Corporate Services to gain a competitive edge and be a market leader.
