WFL Millturn Unveils High-Precision M70 MILLTURN at EMO Hannover 2025
WFL Millturn Technologies unveiled the new M70 MILLTURN at EMO Hannover 2025, drawing significant attention with its high productivity and precision. The machine, a multifunctional turning, drilling, and milling centre, showcased innovative features and automation solutions.
The M70 MILLTURN impressed visitors with its immense capacity. It can handle large and heavy workpieces, up to 850mm in diameter and 5.5 tons in weight. Its main spindle delivers up to 5,860 Newton metres of torque and reaches speeds of up to 2,500rpm. The milling unit, meanwhile, delivers up to 58 kilowatts, reaches 8,000rpm, and has a maximum torque of 640 Newton metres.
The machine's flexibility is another key feature. It can handle small batch sizes up to large series, making it an interesting choice for customers seeking versatility in production. It's designed for continuous 24/7 production and can be combined with robots, gantry loaders, or complete manufacturing cells for enhanced automation.
